Who is responsible?
HappiLeap is the data controller for personal data processed in Wizer Invest. If you have questions about your information or want to exercise your rights, write to info@happileap.dk.
Information we process
- email address and account ID when you create or use an account
- an optional display name and profile picture, if you provide them or sign in with Google
- the criteria you choose and the investments you save to your account
- necessary technical information, including your login session and data stored locally in your browser
Why we use the information
- to create and secure your account
- to save and sync your criteria and saved investments between your devices
- to make the app work, prevent misuse and fix errors
- to answer enquiries about your account or your rights
The processing is necessary to provide the features you choose to use, and for our legitimate interest in running a secure and stable service.
Technical providers
We use Lovable Cloud and Supabase for hosting, database and login. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the basic information Google gives us to create your profile. The app also loads fonts from Google. Market data providers only receive the listed stock or ETF being looked up — not your name or email address.
Local storage and cookies
As a guest, your criteria and saved investments are stored locally in your browser so they remain between visits. When you sign in, necessary session data keeps you logged in. Wizer Invest does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies in the app. If you clear browser data, guest choices and saved guest investments may disappear.
Retention
Account information, criteria and saved investments are kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated information by writing to info@happileap.dk. We may keep limited information where necessary to comply with the law or handle a legal claim.
Your rights
Among other things, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your information and, where relevant, object to the processing or request restriction. Contact us at the email above. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you believe your information is not processed correctly.
Changes
We update this policy if the app or our data processing changes significantly. Last updated: 21 September 2026. The Danish version prevails.
